We accept PayPal, personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders, and google checkout. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to send us an email. We will answer any and all questions as quickly as possible! We do put a 7-day hold on all personal checks, cashier's checks, and money orders.
SHIPPING QUESTIONS ANSWERED:
We get a lot of questions about where our merchandise comes from and whether we can ship overnight so we thought we should address that here. We have two warehouses which are both located in California. Although we don't have keep a hands-on inventory, we do have actual fill-orders-now capacity.
We ship most of our merchandise using UPS Ground - your order will be professionally packaged and processed and normally ships within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment. Please allow an additional 6-10 days for your item to reach you, depending on location. Once your item ships, we are happy to provide you with a UPS tracking number.
We are able to ship overnight, 2-day, or even 3-day (at additional expense to the buyer, of course) as long as we have your payment in hand by 12:00 noon CST (excluding weekends).
We do not list anything that we don't have in stock, but every now and then, particularly when an item is a highly sought after item, we do temporarily run out of stock. If this should happen after you've paid for your order we will happily offer you a refund, or if you so desire to wait it out, your order will be processed and shipped automatically upon arrival at the warehouse.
For obvious reasons, we do not offer a refund on returns if you change your mind about wanting the item. However, if you receive something that we have grossly mis-described in our description, or it is simply not what you ordered, we will happily refund your money when we receive the item back. Please email us for a return authorization number prior to returning your merchandise. All items returned for a refund must be done within 7 days of receipt and in original packaging. We also have a liberal merchandise exchange policy if you receive an item damaged during transit.
