Yes, we actually have several catalogs available to our customers. If you are interested in receiving one, drop us a note to email@example.com and we'll get one (or all of them) sent out to you!
How long will it take for me to receive my item?
Fortunately, UPS Ground is the least expensive method of shipping for our customers. Unfortunately, all good things take time! Your item ships from our California warehouse between 24-48 hours. Once it's on the truck and on its way to you, our hands are tied, but our customers usually have their item no more than 10 days after their payment clears. We will always send a tracking confirmation and you'll be able to track your shipment at all times by going to www.ups.com from any computer!
What is your return policy?
In a nutshell, we do not offer refunds to people who change their mind about wanting the item. However, we will happily refund your money if the item received is defective or broken, or is grossly mis-described in our listing description. For a return authorization, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and please remember, your item must be returned within 7 days of receipt in its original packaging.
