Our company consists of a Mom, a Dad, a 20-year old daughter, and a 17-year old son, all assigned individual responsibilities. Our daughter earns extra money from her involvement to pay for her college education and our son earns extra money in order to afford his social life!! Mom and Dad just hope they both grow to realize there's so much more out there for them then an everyday 9 to 5 grind.

PAYMENT METHODS:

We accept PayPal, personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders, and very soon most major credit cards. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to send us an email. We will answer any and all questions as quickly as possible! Please note that we do put a 7-day hold on personal checks, cashier's checks, and money orders before your order is shipped.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS ANSWERED:

We get a lot of questions about where our merchandise comes from and whether we can ship overnight so we thought we should address that here. We ship from two warehouses which are both located in California. Although we don't have keep a hands-on inventory, we do have actual fill-orders-now capacity.

We ship most of our merchandise using UPS Ground - your order will be professionally packaged and processed and normally ships within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment. Please allow an additional 6-10 days for your item to reach you, depending on your location. Once your item ships, we are happy to provide you with a UPS tracking number.

We are able to ship overnight, 2-day, 3-day via UPS and Federal Express (at additional expense to the buyer, of course) as long as we have your payment in hand by 12:00 noon CST (excluding weekends). If you desire to have your merchandise shipped quicker than UPS Ground, please let us know when you place your order.

We do not list anything that we don't have in stock, but every now and then, particularly when an item is a highly sought after item, we do temporarily run out of stock. If that occurs, we will happily refund your money or, if you choose to wait it out, we will process your order and as soon as the item becomes available it will be shipped.

We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and the number of very happy and satisfied customers. Believe us when we say that each and every one of you are very important to us.

RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY:

For obvious reasons, we do not offer a refund on returns if you change your mind about wanting the item. However, if you receive something that we have grossly mis-described in our description, or it is simply not what you ordered, we will happily refund your money when we receive the item back. Please email us for a return authorization number prior to returning your merchandise. All items returned for a refund must be done within 7 days of receipt and in original packaging. We also have a liberal merchandise exchange policy if you receive a damaged item. If you have any questions about our return policy, or wish to discuss a refund or return, please email us as soon as possible!
